The Commonwealth of The Bahamas and Malta signed a Tax Information Exchange Agreement (TIEA) yesterday, providing for the exchange of information between the two countries on tax matters.

The 7th meeting of the Forum on Tax Administration took place in Buenos Aires on 18-19 January 2012. The Bahamas Financial Services Board (BFSB) celebrated the 11h anniversary of its Industry Excellence Awards programme on Friday, at a Gala Dinner held at the Sheraton Nassau Beach Resort.
