London's billing as the divorce capital of the world was further enhanced in the Court of Appeal decision in Charman v Charman [2007] EWCA Civ 503.
The Court of Appeal had little difficulty in upholding the highest award ever made on a contested application for ancillary relief in English divorce proceedings.
